Founded in 2018. Was born in Silicon Valley and grew in Forest Valley, working everywhere.
Inova Studio started by building for others — founders with an idea, operators with a workflow that should have been software, teams that needed a first version they could sell. Years of that work, across many products and markets, taught us the lesson every product team eventually learns: what gets built matters less than whether someone stands behind it after launch.
Today the studio is portfolio-first. We design, build, and operate a portfolio of products — FlowCP, CreatOS, Restaurant Agent, BayOrders, and a growing set of developer tools — and every one of them has to earn its keep with real customers, real revenue, and real maintenance. There's always an experiment with an emerging technology underway, because the fastest way to understand a new capability is to ship something with it.
How we work
Every product moves through the same staged system: scan the market before writing code, shape a first version small enough to prove, then ship it with the operating layer it needs to be sold, measured, and improved from day one.
