VoltShare adds 80,000 public charging stations across the US.

VoltShare just got a lot more useful between charges at home. The app now maps more than 80,000 public charging stations across the US, bringing the public network and our peer-to-peer hosts together in a single place to plug in.

One map, every plug

Until now VoltShare was about neighbors lending each other a charger. Drivers kept asking for the obvious next thing: show me the public stations too. So we did — 80,000 of them, with live pricing and connector types alongside the host listings people already use.

Why it matters

Range anxiety isn't about how far a car goes; it's about not knowing where the next charge is. Putting public and peer-to-peer options on one map means fewer detours, fewer dead-end stops, and a real answer to "where do I plug in" wherever you are.

What's next

We're working on filtering by speed and availability so you can find the right plug, not just the nearest one. If you drive an EV and have a request, send it our way.
